HOWEVER it's difficult to get complete proteins from plants. For muscle building... leucine is the amino acid most responsible for growth and recovery. So I'm trying this out... adding it to some plant based proteins. Will see how it goes! Starting with 1g additions at a time until I get a little more acclimated to the flavor... and smell. Yeesh! Be warned! But(t) be complete!!Before anyone buys this, I hope you get the chance to read this. As with everything in life, things take time. If you are buying this, then I'm sure you've already done your research on the item and don't need to be told what it is used for. I've been using Leucine for a couple of months now, and I've seen great results for my physique. Remember, this is still with consistency and commitment. There is no secret juice to get results quick, not even on the real juice ;). Anyways, the taste has got to be the worst thing I have ever tried in my entire life. I tried mixing it with everything to no avail. I put it in my protein shake thinking it was going to be easy. Silly me as it destroyed my entire shake. Read other comments and reviews, they would agree with me. I have a tip, however. Drink it with orange juice. The acidity of the orange juice will kill the absolute BITTERNESS of this powder. The way I do it is I grab a whole scoop(which is the serving size) and do the mouthwash technique with it. It will go down easier in my opinion. Just grab a scoop, pour all of the powder in the mouth with orange juice in the mouth already, and swoosh it in your mouth like crazy. Good luck!Works good. I'll stick with bulk supplements brand.I am currently taking a couple of this company’s other products and quality seems good but this product while quality/price wise is great the taste is pretty horrid.I was taking it with a protein shake but it overpowers the protein shake’s flavor. I am currently taking it with a half of cup of orange juice and the orange juice helps a lot. Only problem is it doesn’t mix that great so if you have a mini blender like the one you would use to froth your coffee in a coffee cup that might help with mixing.Bien
