Incluso puedo decir ke fortalece masI used this product for arthritis in my legs and it seems to work good so far.In my case, the antibiotic Cipro (which now carries a blackbox FDA warning label for tendon ruptures) nearly destroyed the tendons in my ankles, particularly my right ankle. I tried a variety of approaches to repairing the damage, or even lessening the pain, so far this is the only thing that worked. Prior to taking Genacol's collagen product, I couldn't walk up or down the stairs in my home without severe ankle pain (I had to take each step one at a time, walking sideways to limit tendon flex). I could hardly sleep at night because any shift of my right foot would generate tremendous pain. It should be noted, that I'm a healthy 30 year old male with zero history of any ankle / tendon / joint pain prior to Cipro.It took five to seven days to begin removing the inflammation from my ankles, and for about 3/4 of the pain to go away. I have no idea why this removed inflammation, but it was a dramatic difference (the inflammation was the result of the tendon damage). Another week and maybe 85% to 90% of the pain was gone. In the case of Cipro tendinitis, Cipro has literally damaged the collagen in the tendons by depriving them of nutrients such as magnesium. I'm hoping other people suffering from this will read my review, as it took me five or six months to run across this product (a time during which I suffered immensely). I've been taking the capsules for about a month. Recently I took part in an endurance race, and both ankles held up amazingly well; unthinkable just 45 days ago. I'm optimistic that the Genacol product will assist my body in growing replacement collagen or repairing the damaged collagen over the course of 60 to 90 days of use (takes about three months for newly formed collagen to form into type 1 collagen that makes up 87% of tendon collagen).It's hard to tell who and what exact scenarios this product will work for, but given the modest price (compared to most things in medicine), it's absolutely worth trying it. I highly recommend it. The change I felt in my right ankle was practically miraculous.I have a small cartilage tear in my hip that was causing me a lot of pain. I kept thinking my hip was out of place, but chiro adjustments only worked some of the time, obviously taking extra pressure off the area when I was truly out of whack. MRI solved the mystery. As I was Googling Glucosamine and other joint pain remedies I kept seeing people mention Collagen really helping their pain more. At my local health food store, one of the staff really touted this product, said it basically unscrambled the tight knot of the collagen formation so the body could utilize it. So of course I tried it. This was a few years ago. It was CRAZY helpful at reducing the pain. I took 3 on an empty stomach every night, and for a while I also took 3 when I woke up and waited 30 mins to eat (total of 6 a day.) I eventually lost ALL PAIN in my hip. Had no need of it for a long time--the improvement was permanent. Since then, every once in a while I manage to re-tweak the injury and I come back to this product. The guy at my health food store said he noticed an additional side effect of having improved vision, which he noticed when he woke up before he put his glasses on. I experience the same thing. It isn't lasting though, when I stop taking the Genacol I no longer wake up thinking that I must have forgotten to take out my contacts the night before. I haven’t been able to run due to knee pain for the past 2 years. Thought those days were over for me. After taking this for a week I’ve been able to run again without any pain! I’m so grateful I found this!I have had knee problems all my life. About 10 years ago I fell down my stairs twice. Each time hurting a knee. I dealt with the situation like I always have since I was use to weak knees. Roughly a year ago I did something to my left knee - it popped - and things weren't good. It was bad enough that I tried the Glucosamine/Chondrotin combo. It made things worse. I was even taking MSM. I wore knee braces every day to work. It still hurt. Now remember, I've had weak knees for as long as I can remember (fell alot as a kid). So I knew how to deal but this was not right. No money for the doctors or surgery - which I do not want - I did the best I could. Then I came across this. No more wearing my braces to work! I can kneel with out pain. I've only been taking it for three weeks and I'm raving about it. Now my knees still ache at times but they are 52 yrs old also. I didn't expect miracles. I just wanted back want I could handle. Am so pleased! I just ordered 2 more bottles! I know if I add exercise gently into my routine, I will be way better off. I will treat my knees with great respect and continue taking this product!
