It is not soft, like I expected. It’s not terribly scratchy and it’s cute…but it’s not soft like I imagine a cashmere sweater would be.This sweater was a Christmas gift from my husband. It is fairly form fitting and very warm. I thought it would be softer than it is. If I wear it when the weather is above freezing, it makes my neck itch, thus the 4-star rating.Was a great mother's day present.The material is authentic cashmere wool and does keep you warm. Will definitely recommend.too expensive, the style wasn't flattering - go to Marchalls or TJ Max and you'll find beautiful cashmere for a fraction of the price.Not soft.I ordered a sweater for my wife, but I ordered the wrong size. Cashmere Boutique immediately exchanged the sweater with a different size, with no exchange or refund fees. Wonderful service, and a beautiful sweater!Lovely looking and great to wear…but I bought the same item last year and holes have started appearing already. I asked for some matching thread but Cashmere Boutique said no, so I'll be finding another source for my future purchases.
