These leggings are definitely long and I'm okay with that... I have a super long legs, but more important is the weight is perfect, the fabric is soft and they are comfortable. I will continue to order more.Bought these for my wife and will be ordering more based off her delighted raving. Most items marked as "Tall" are made on the concept that Tall is 5'9. Which, based on the average size of women in the US is fine. But almost everything she buys sized Tall - if lucky, they are ankle length, but if they get tossed into the dryer (or you look at them too hard sometimes it seems) they will shrink higher and higher. At over 6'2, finding ANYTHING that fits is a nightmare for her. These? These are long enough to actually tuck into her boots, bordering on stirrup pant length, minus the strap. Haven't shrunk, look great after more than a dozen washer so they wear really well. No sheerness, no weird pulling or puckering. That all said - really. If you are under 6ft tall, unless you really like the slouchy leg look and don't mind pushing the legs up like an over long sweater sleeve, might not be the right ones for you. These aren't "5'9" tall, these are "I got bugged all the time to play basketball and am resigned to forever get things off the top shelf for people and hear the ever annoying, people thinking they are somehow the first to ever say it "How's the weather up there" and "Wow, did you know you are really tall?" tall. If you have to duck a bit to see into the mirror in the public bathroom, if you find yourself automatically tilting your head a bit to avoid door mantles, if the mere foreign idea of warm ankles that are covered by a pants leg fills you will unexpected joy - give these a try. One other sizing thing to keep in mind: these are Tall's UPWARDS. Take a look at the measurements on sizing and don't go the route a lot of tall women have to of thinking you should order larger waist sizes or it won't fit in length. It's the legs that are long, not the rest of it. Go on waist size, nothing else.I love these leggings. They’re plenty long for tall people and the material isn’t too thin. If this pai had been the right color as pictured I would have kept them. They are bright red and not burgandy.I have a 40" inseam and these have become my go-to bottoms. I wear them almost daily with long tunic tops or sorter dresses. I have at least 6 pairs now and have gone through quite a few more and given a couple to my mom who also has a hard time finding things long enough.I'm not a fan of the way the top fits me. The elastic cuts into my stomach and cuts my silhouette. Also, there is not really much difference in the way the front and back are cut. That becomes a problem after wearing them for a couple months because my butt tries to break through and I end up busting the seam in almost the same spot each time. If the back was cut a tiny bit bigger than the front (which stays kinda baggy when worn) I don't think this would be a problem at all.The overall quality seems to have gone down a tiny bit in the past few years. The fabric quality is just about the same (or maybe even better on my newest pair) but there have been some holes in the seams. More accurately, there are spots where the sewing machine seems to have missed the place it was supposed to sew but those have been minor and easily repaired.I wear them just about daily despite any problems I see in them. They are pretty comfortable and work really well for my daily use. I haven't found any pants/tights that fit me so well so these are still my top pick.I almost never write reviews but I had to this time! I'm a tall girl (5'10") with a 35" inseam - all of my height is in my legs. I've been buying Hue leggings for about 15 years now because they seem to be longer than other in-store brands (I'm not disparaging Hue - I'll continue to buy their capri style for summer wearing). My favorite color and size (Hue's black cotton XL) happened to be sold out/unavailable when I needed a new pair, so, based on the reviews, I took a chance on these. I put them on and did a little dance because I was so happy! They're actually about an inch too long but I'm NOT complaining. I've never found leggings long enough for me before.Details:Any tall individual understands that when you wear non-tall clothing, you look awkward because your body does not match the proportions of the cut of the clothing – for example, the length from hip to knee for a regular size will not match your body’s ratio. Tall sizes are elongated in order to compensate for this. These leggings are the first ones I’ve ever worn where I don’t feel like I look like I’m trying to wear clothing that was cut and tailored for someone else. I’m so pleased I just bought 2 more pairs.I hope this helps other tall girls out there!
