I like Clarks - they are typically constructed really well. These shoes were a perfect fit. The leather is extremely pliable and soft. I have bunion problems, and the shoe conformed to the shape of my foot with no trouble. The hardware looks very nice. I didn't feel like the insole was very supportive, so just replaced them with Dr. Foot's Arch Support Insoles, also purchased at Amazon.I would buy these again if they were offered in any other colors.
