First, I'm not a master chef or a knife expert but my wife cooks a lot and I know how to cut stuff.I ordered these knives due to the reasonable price, the good ratings and the colors. Received them quickly. They come with the pictured clear cylindrical holder. It's pretty cheap and is a lot bigger than you'd expect. We tossed that and bought a magnetized knife strip to mount on the wall and it looks much nicer.The knives themselves are very light with vibrant colors. They are very, very sharp. I've read that you should find knives with the right degree of weight and heft for properly cutting while you cook, but I have had zero problems with these. They cut everything, haven't gotten dull and are very easy to wipe clean. I'm a little slow so the colors also help me remember which knife is supposed to be for what.I'd recommend these to anyone as great general purpose cooking knives.
